Email Notifications From Synergy

Email notifications from Synergy will be sent to the email address associated with your Verified by Synergy Gateway profile.

You will receive an email notification to for each of the following:

  • Booking an appointment
  • Cancellation of an appointment
  • Late Cancelletion of an appointment
  • Rescheduling an appointment
  • Late Rescheduling of an appointment
  • Status update for Electronic Student Permit Checking (within two business days of your appointment)
  • Information on Virtual Doc and other relevant services

Please note, it is possible that our emails might be filtered by your email provider and thus sent to your junk/spam folder.  It would be prudent to check these folders as well.
