When I try to log into Verified I get an invalid username / password message. What can I do?
- Do not copy and paste your username and/or password. Always manually type in the requested information
- Make sure that the username / email you are entering is the email address associated with your Verified account
- Make sure to enter your password correctly as it is case sensitive
- If none of the above applies, utilize the Forgot Password feature in Verified login page to reset your password. Only use the email address associated with your Verified account
- If you are still having difficulty, open a help desk ticket
